Your ezWalker® Custom Performance Orthotic is accompanied with break-in instructions. Please follow these guidelines to allow your body to gently get used to this level of support. If you’re not wearing your ezWalker Custom Orthotic comfortably all day within a 2 to 4 week time period, we advise you to contact customer service via e-mail at or by phone at 888-392-5539 for instructions on how to adjust your ezWalker Custom Orthotic for a more comfortable fit.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your ezWalker Custom Orthotic, you may return it within 90 days of your purchase date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.

Your used product is never re-sold; however it is recycled. Only custom products are refundable.

What items from the are returnable?
The ezWalker Custom Orthotic is the only product sold by that is returnable, as long as the guidelines listed in the Returns section are followed. The ezWalker Basic over-the-counter arch supports are not refundable. However they can be upgraded to our ezWalker Custom Orthotic and with that you receive a 90 day money back guarantee. Board of Health Laws prohibit the return of foot care items made with porous and absorbable materials. Therefore Night Splints and HTP Heel Seats are non-refundable.
