How It Works

STEP 1: Choose the Best Way to Get Started

  • Book a Zoom Consultation
  • Ideal for inquiring customers or anyone who lives a long distance from the Greenwood, Indiana area. Greenwood is just 20 minutes south of Indianapolis, our state’s capital city.
  • Meet our Nationally Recognized Board Certified Pedorthist online to discuss your foot concerns, walking habits, and footwear needs. You’ll get the same level of expertise as an in-store visit from the convenience of your home.
  • Book an In-Store Appointment
  • Whether you are located near Greenwood, Indiana, or simply seeking the highest level of personal service, our in-store experience is unmatched.
  • Clients regularly travel from across the country to receive our dedicated, one-on-one attention. You will leave your appointment with your custom-fabricated ezWalker® orthotics and all the necessary products like high-quality footwear and foot care items.
  • We exclusively carry the best because we believe quality is the foundation for healthy, long-lasting results.

STEP 2: Fill Out Your Pre-Visit Form

  • After booking, you’ll fill out a short form about your pain points, lifestyle, and goals. This helps us personalize your consultation and prepare your recommendations before you meet with our specialist.

STEP 3: Meet Your Foot Specialist

  • During your Zoom or in-person session, our expert will thoroughly assess your gait, posture, and foot mechanics to pinpoint the cause of your discomfort or imbalance. You'll receive personalized education about your unique feet, gaining deeper insights than ever before.
  • You’ll also learn how our ezWalker® Custom Orthotics and the WalkEZ Way foot impression process can help correct and strengthen your steps.

STEP 4: Get Your Custom ezWalker® Orthotics

  • Zoom call clients:
  • Should you choose to purchase the ezWalker® custom orthotics and perform your own foot impression process, we’ll ship a foot impression kit complete with written and video instructions directly to you. If you wish, we’ll provide online guidance via Zoom.
  • In-store clients:
  • You’ll receive a complete foot gait analysis with education about your two unique feet, a professional and personal foot impression session for custom orthotics with our experienced Board Certified Pedorthist and leave with your ezWalker® custom orthotics in your footwear
    (Be on your way to healthier and happier feet the very same day.)

STEP 5: Ongoing Support for Long-Term Comfort

  • We are fully committed to your satisfaction and comfort. Our service extends long after you receive your ezWalker® Custom Orthotics:
  • 90-Day Guarantee Start:
  • Your guarantee period begins the day after delivery, marked by a welcome email.
  • Break-In & Adjustment:
  • A short break-in period (3–5 days up to 2–4 weeks) is typical. If you experience discomfort or pressure points, contact us immediately. We will schedule a follow-up (Zoom or in-store) to evaluate and make free adjustments.
  • Proactive Check-Ins:
  • We check in via email around day 45 to ensure comfort and around day 85 as a final reminder before the guarantee expires.
  • Your Partnership is Key:
  • We need to hear from you! If you have any questions or require an adjustment during the 90 days, please reach out. We are here to help you achieve better foot function.
