What are ezWalker® Performance Custom Orthotics?

ezWalker® Performance Custom Orthotics are ultra-thin, 3/4 length, biomechanically designed custom orthotics intended to cradle your feet, provide better support, and increase mobility by improving balance, stability, and reducing joint stress and strain.

ezWalker® Custom orthotics can help with foot pain, as well as pain in the knee, hip, or back, and with balance and stability issues. They aim to improve foot health and performance.

The ultra-thin, 3/4 length design of the ezWalker® custom orthotics eliminates the need to buy special shoes or struggle with bulky inserts. They are easily transferable between almost any footwear you own, including sport, casual, dress shoes, sandals, and boots.

No. The ultra-thin, 3/4 length design of the ezWalker® means there is “no need to buy special shoes,” as they can be slipped into any type of footwear. But remember, a good shoe fit will allow the orthotic to perform at its best to support and help your feet function at their biomechanical best.

Pricing, Payment, and Guarantee

How much do custom orthotics cost?

We believe in straightforward pricing and excellent value. Our standard pricing for one pair of ezWalker® Performance Custom Orthotics is $349 USD. Additional pairs made from the same mold of your feet are only $125 per pair.

We stand by our commitment to comfort with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you have nothing to lose but your pain.

Our success is supported by a remarkably low return rate of less than 2% of our yearly sales. This confidence assures us that we can help you achieve better foot health, as long as you give us the opportunity to assist you.

Our guarantee begins the moment you receive your custom orthotics.

If you are not satisfied, we will first make any necessary adjustments for FREE to ensure they work for you. We are confident in our product, which is fully adjustable, and we are happy to make tweaks at no cost during the guarantee period.

If you are still not satisfied within the 90-day period and have given us every opportunity to make the orthotics work for you, we will gladly issue a full refund for the product price.

Important Note on Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us about any issues or discomfort before the 90-day period ends. We cannot issue a refund if you decide to return your orthotics at the end of the 90 days without having previously contacted us about problems, as we need the opportunity to help you overcome your pain first through adjustments.

Yes, we accept and process payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), as all of the products we sell are considered medical and orthopedic grade for these accounts.

We DO NOT file insurance or Medicare claims directly. However, we can supply you with the documentation and billing numbers that you can use to submit a claim with your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Appointments and The Process

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, we operate by appointment only. This ensures you will have enough time for your personalized consultation, and complete foot gait analysis, and our undivided attention during the entire fitting process.

You can call our contact line at 888-392-5539 or fill out the appointment request form on our website. We offer weekday appointments Tuesday through Friday and can make arrangements for evenings and Saturdays upon request.

Your first visit will include a detailed assessment and a complete foot gait analysis. We will educate you about your unique feet and biomechanics. Our goal is to answer any questions you may have and to help you feel more comfortable with our products and services.

We create precise 3-dimensional impressions or molds of your feet using a foam impression medium and our WalkEZ Way foot impression process that ensures your feet are in their best biomechanical position to begin the process of rehabilitating them back to a healthier status. This ensures your orthotics are shaped precisely for your needs, and not just your shoe size. The ezWalker® custom orthotics will help you simply walk your feet back to better health.

If you are an in-store customer your orthotics will be ready in about an hour from the time we make your feet impressions. If you are a long-distance customer the turn-around time is dependent on how far away you live and the shipping carrier. You can be sure we prioritize precision and quality before delivering them to you.

About ezWalker®

Why do ezWalker® Custom Orthotics cost $349?

Think of this as an investment in your mobility. While other companies mark up their products just because they are billed to insurance, we focus on high-quality, custom craftsmanship, with inhouse fabrication to keep our prices competitive and offer our money back guarantee

The Breakdown: Over one year, your support costs just 95 cents a day.

Long-Term: Over three years, that cost drops to only 31 cents a day. It is often much cheaper to invest in quality support now than to pay for expensive surgeries or medical markups later.

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We aren’t here to trick you; we are here to help you walk without pain. In our 17 years of business, less than 2% of our customers have ever returned their products. We will stay in touch with you via email at 45 and 90 days to ensure you are getting the results you deserve.

It is completely normal to feel a bit “foot shy” or worried about the cost. Please know that we have seen almost every type of foot issue imaginable. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and reassured. Addressing a small ache now (like calf, knee, or back pain) prevents it from becoming a major problem that requires surgery later.

A Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped) is a highly trained specialist who focuses on the “engineering” of your feet. Think of them as the bridge between a doctor and a master craftsman.

To earn this title, Kathy completed rigorous education and clinical training, passed a national certification exam, and maintains her registration through 23 hours of medical education every year. Essentially, she is an expert in how the foot moves and how footwear must be adapted to keep you pain-free.

Here is exactly what a Certified Pedorthist does to improve your life:

  • Relieves Pain: We specialize in alleviating painful or debilitating conditions of the lower limbs, from the toes up to the ankles.
  • Corrects Alignment: We help with the re-alignment of anatomical structures and the accommodation of foot deformities.
  • Improves Balance: By redistributing the weight and forces on your feet, we help you feel more stable and balanced.
  • Fixes “Mechanical” Issues: We control biomechanical function, ensuring that your feet hit the ground correctly to stop pain in your knees, hips, and back.

Addresses Special Needs: We are trained to accommodate special circulatory requirements and issues caused by accidents, congenital deformities, or disease.

It is a common question! While we often work together as a healthcare team, our roles are different.

A Podiatrist (DPM) is a doctor and surgeon. You should see them if you need:

  • Foot or Ankle Surgery: Including reconstructive or microsurgeries.
  • Medical Diagnosis: Identifying systemic diseases like diabetes or vascular issues.
  • Invasive Care: Setting fractures, administering anesthetics, or prescribing medications.
  • Advanced Imaging: Ordering and interpreting X-rays, MRIs, or ultrasounds.

A Certified Pedorthist (WalkEZstore) specializes in the non-surgical side of foot health. We are the experts you see for:

  • The design and fitting of custom orthotics and insoles.
  • Correcting and Enhancing your walking gait and posture without surgery.
  • Selecting and modifying the right footwear for your specific foot type and shape.
  • Selecting and advising on all foot care products like the proper topicals for skin health and socks and hosiery.
  • Advising on proper support and braces for injuries and enhanced walking after nerve damage on any kind.

When you work with the WalkEZstore, we don’t just look at your feet; we evaluate how your whole body moves. Our comprehensive assessment includes:

  • Gait Analysis: A professional evaluation of how you walk (temporal and spatial assessment).
  • Biomechanics & Range of Motion: Understanding how your joints move and where the stress is occurring.
  • Footwear Analysis: Reviewing your current shoes to see how they impact your health.
  • Health Review: Checking for complicated factors like circulation, skin integrity, and environmental barriers at home or work.

Every pair of ezWalker® Custom Orthotics follows a strict, professional medical process to ensure they work perfectly for you:

Formulation: We will evaluate your issues and set functional goals based on your specific needs.

Implementation: This is where we perform casting and measuring for custom foot care. We select the highest-quality materials to fabricate your specific pedorthic devices.

Fitting & Education: We don’t just sell you the product; we fit and modify your footwear to accommodate the device and provide full instruction on how to use them.

Follow-up: With your help through your communication with us, we will document your progress, make any necessary modifications for comfort and performance, and develop a long-term treatment plan to ensure your foot health and wellness.
